When a person of colour experiences a lifetime of racism it often shows up in our body as shame. The somatic physiological experience of 'I'm not worthy enough, I'm not good enough, I'm unlovable, I'm unacceptable because of the colour of my skin' can be a lifetime source of ongoing suffering. At the core and most human level this is one aspect of the toxic affects of racism which is most often invisibly intertwined into our everyday cultures depending on where we are in the world.

I made this video because I spend a lot of time with people who are racially white and have asked me what they can do to help our world heal from racism. You may be surprised by my answer!!

This video means a lot to me so thank you for taking 10 minutes out of your day to be here.

Much love, peace and blessings,

💖 Luana
