We know that our brain makes up our sense of ourself, how we make sense of the world, our emotional connection to others and it helps us learn and grow to become better version of ourself [shortlist].
First, I want you to have a clear definition of trauma: Trauma is not in the event itself. Trauma is how our nervous system rewires because it could not complete a stress response. That flight, fight, flee stress response. It's how our body rewires due to an overwhelming experience.
In this video I teach about the 3 main parts of our brain:
1. The brainstem
2. The limbic brain
3. The higher thinking brain If overwhelming experiences happen our brain cannot develop properly nor can it function properly causing mental and physical dis-eases. If you've ever wondered why we cannot heal trauma by simply talking about it you don't want to miss this video.

Much love, peace and blessings
