What Kind of Attachment Style Do You Have? Part 1

Here's how you can determine what attachment style you may have: dismissive avoidant, anxious/ambivalent, disorganized or secure. Even though on the outside insecure attachment styles look very different on the inside physiologically the stress response system is triggered. Adrenaline and cortisol are activated, the heart-rate changes which affects our whole brain and bodies functioning. This is why I like to call the attachment styles our survival strategies because it's how we learned how to be or survive in the relational field since day one. Thank you for watching this video! Be sure to go to the Attachment Education Playlist on my channel to learn more about all things attachment.

Much love, peace and blessings 💖
