What Are Systemic Family Constellations?
Systemic Constellations are a therapeutic method that helps uncover and resolve unconscious loyalties, inherited trauma, relationship issues and entanglements in your current affairs, family or ancestral line.
This approach was developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist who spent over 15 years living and working with the Zulu people in South Africa. Deeply influenced by their collective, ancestral worldview and the philosophy of Ubuntu, Hellinger later integrated these insights with Western psychotherapy—particularly drawing from Carl Jung’s work on archetypes and the collective unconscious.
In this work, we don't pathologize—we observe. We bring hidden patterns to light and allow new, healing movements to emerge through embodied awareness and compassionate witnessing.

Regular sessions provide ongoing support over time, while an intensive is a focused, immersive experience designed to catalyze deep shifts in a short period. Intensives allow us to dedicate uninterrupted time to your healing, diving into somatic(mind-body), relational, and intergenerational work without the usual constraints of weekly sessions. Many people report breakthroughs in intensives that would take months to achieve with in weekly sessions because your system doesn’t have to reset into its old ways to do regular life between session, your system has more space for a total uninterrupted reset.

My approach combines Somatic Experiencing, hands-on touch work (Stephen Terrell & Kathy Kain), experiential talk therapy, relational life therapy and family constellations, creating a unique, body-centered method for healing complex developmental trauma. Session are tailored to each individual. With that said most of the demographic who chooses to work with me comes at a phase of life where they are beyond capacity and overwhelmed in some way. So this is where we start:
20-30 mins of talk therapy, emotional regulation and skill building
40 mins of Intentional touch work (online) or hands on co-regulating touch (in-person)5 mins to wrap up and share any observations or insights you may have.
This is a common way we start sessions, after. a few sessions you’ll start to report feeling more balanced in your life and when appropriate the format. of sessions can start to add more skills/experiences like specific experiential work, reflex integration, constellations mat work and so on.
