What’s the difference between big T trauma and little T trauma?

Have you ever discounted your past experiences because some one else's life story seems much more intense?
You're not alone. Most people I've had the honour of working with have experienced accumulated little T traumas. Little T trauma's are like episodic experiences over one's lifetime. By episodic I mean like Grey's Anatomy, there are many seasons and even more episodes that are baked into the individuals life. This accumulated stress can be just as detrimental to an individuals well being as Big T traumas. In this video I share specific examples and oodles of compassion for traumatic stories and experiences.
