10 Things You Need To Know About Healing Developmental Trauma

I wish I would have known these 10 things back when I first started healing from developmental trauma. Inspired by my own journey and work I do with people in my programs and private practice this video reveals the 'must knows' for healing early developmental (childhood) trauma.
Developmental trauma is any trauma that happened from up to three generations back to in utero through till 18 years old when most people leave the house. In my experience most people who experienced developmental trauma aren't even aware what they went through had a long-lasting effect on who they are today.
