When you've been on your healing path for a few years and are stepping back into the dating world it can be hard to know how to keep yourself regulated and at ease on those first dates -- especially as a highly sensitive person. Whether you're newly single or jumping back in the game these are three practical and unorthodox tips from me - a nervous system specialist.
