What Does Stress Have To Do With Migraines?

The problem is migraines can be completely debilitating, they seemingly come out of nowhere and can wipe you out for the morning or for a few days. When it comes to the people I work with I keep getting more and more folks who are suffering from chronic migraines. Here in Canada (where I live) it can take months to see a migraine specialist. One of my recent clients told me her doctor told her she can't refer her to a specialist unless she's getting migraines 50% of the time, meaning 3.5 days out of a 7 day week consistently.

If you ask me this sounds like a lot of suffering to inch forward in the medical system. In this video I show you how migraines are directly affected my our bodies ability to process stress at the level of the autonomic nervous system. I hope this offers you a sense of hope and a new path towards healing and relief from debilitating migraines. They don't need to be a life sentence!
